-  Beach chair and petanque set are available, but please bring your own beach towel or large towel for the beach.

-  If 3 people come to sleep (baby, child or extra adult) please remind us in time that we can provide the necessary.

Before using the sauna:

1: Put the left knob (temperature) vertically down

2: Put the right button on the high 2 (unfilled line) in this way the sauna will start working immediately and switch off automatically after 2 hours.

IMPORTANT:

stir the prepared sauna water before use so that the oil mixes well with the water

Open the ventilation grille

Use the provided pouring water, never pour any oil directly on the stones!

Always use a towel on the benches

Due to the small size of the sauna oven, water must be poured in small quantities and only when the stones are sufficiently warm, otherwise the fuses will blow. these can be put back up in the hatch under the kitchen worktop.

Towels and bedsheets are included in the price of the apartment.

You will receive on arrival

- 2 large bath towels

We also have bathrobes available for comfortable sauna use, which you can order for 15€ (deposit to BE96 7340 6366 0705)

Please not to use our towels for sunbathing on the beach, it is best to bring your own beach towel.

The left side of the white closet in the entrace is available for your personal belongings. You can find extra sheets or softer pillows.

No energy-consuming air conditioning at RUIMTEZICHT, but efficient natural ventilation. Open the windows along 2 sides of the roof (e.g. kitchen and bedroom) and the apartment will be nice and fresh in no time.

Wifi and TV is via Telenet (436F38D)

On the smart TV you can log in to Netflix, Disney +, ... with your own login details.

Regular television channels can be found on the app on TV.

he Apartment is close to what is popularly called 'the golden triangle':

On the same street is Toscana, an Italian caterer and takeaway pizza. Definitely a recommendation!

Nearby you will also find the Tennis Club Oshwerlu where you can drink and eat something, there is also a playground for the little ones.

On the dike you can eat well or pick up pizza for the beach in Il gusto di Sorrento.

A street further towards the beach there are usually BIRD scooters for rent. Download the BIRD app and see where to find them, a fun and fast way to get to the city center.

You can drive it on the dike. You can rent bicycles on the dike at Mariakerke beach, 300m walk. (rental Maya or Mickey Go Carts)

in case of a leak, first close the red tap on the little attic in the bedroom
